Playrooms

 
For everyone’s safety we ask that glass isn’t taken into any of the play areas, plastic glasses are provided in order for you to take drinks into the play areas.
 
We ask all of our members to display a basic lifestyle etiquette and to respect other members privacy at all times.
 
The playrooms are a no pressure no obligation environment, there is never any expectations to involve other people in your play and do not be offended if others want to remain alone.
 
We ask that all members remember that NO means NO and a polite no, never offends. Failure to comply will mean you will be asked to leave the club.
 

Club & Hotel Rooms

 
As a hotel, we have a fully licensed bar, therefore you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into a licensed venue by law. You are welcome to run bar tabs using your locker key but please remember to settle your tab before leaving the club or retiring to your hotel room. If you do retire to your hotel room without paying your bar tab, we will deduct it from the card registered for the room.
 
To protect everyone’s privacy the use of mobile phones and any form of recording device is strictly prohibited both in the club and the club grounds. Mobile phones must be switched off at reception and then immediately placed into your secure locker. If you need to use your mobile phone for any reason then please inform a member of staff who will show you to the club entrance foyer or cloakroom where you can make your call discreetly.
 
We operate a strict no drugs policy, anyone caught with any illegal substance will be immediately removed from the club and your membership will be revoked.
 
We provide a heated outside smoking area, smoking within the club and the hotel rooms is strictly prohibited, this also includes the use of e-Cigs.
 
Guests hotel rooms are strictly private and we ask you do not approach other guests at their rooms, unless invited. Damages to the hotel rooms will be charged to the card registered for the room.
