BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
To reserve accommodation please telephone the club 07442 502359 during normal office hours, sorry but we can not reserve accommodation by email.
Accommodation can only be reserved by using a “card” so please have one to hand when booking.
For advance bookings your “card” will be debited 7 working days prior to the booking date.
Once debited we are not able to offer refunds under any circumstances.
Due to the amount of front and back office staff work involved, once your “card” is debited we are not able to re allocate accommodation booked to a future date under any circumstances.
We are not able to reserve accommodation where a card payment is not authorised.
